Looking for an enthusiastic, outgoing, motivated and goal driven individual to join a sales team for the top ranked Insurance and Financial services company. We look forward to connecting with you if you are the customer-focused and empathetic team member we are searching for.

  • Successful completion of State Insurance licensing exams required. Already Insurance licensed is preferred. 
 
Responsibilities include:
  • Sales: Auto, Home, Life and Health Insurance, as well as Financial Service (Bank) products
  • Ability to learn and apply product, industry and market knowledge to make professional recommendations to prospects/clients based in their individual needs
  • Ability to create professional business relationships with prospects and clients
  • Conducting reviews with clients and educating clients about Insurance and Financial Services
  • Marketing within the community and scheduling sales appointments
 
Knowledge and Skills Desired:
  • Self-confidence, strong work ethic and proven track record of trustworthiness
  • Upbeat and maintain a positive attitude 
  • Enthusiastic about the role insurance and financial products play in helping people manage the risks of everyday life, recover from the unexpected and realize their dreams
  • Ability and drive to hit monthly production goals and meet deadlines without supervision. Self-starter. 
  • Excellent listening and interpersonal skills, as well as communication skills
  • Computer skills 
  • Organizational skills and ability to prioritize tasks in order of importance
  • Perseverance – ability to progress towards a goal in spite of obstacles and adversity
  • Ability to multi-task and work in a fast-paced environment 
Compensation: $35,000.00 - $50,000.00 per year
